I am an existing client. How do I receive my unique code?
If you have not already received your code via email, please get in touch with us at editors@thinkdippy.com.
Can I refer existing ThinkDippy clients and receive a reward?
Unfortunately, no. Rewards are given only when you refer individuals who have not used ThinkDippy before.
What are the conditions of the Refer a Friend scheme?
The discount can be applied to any of our services. If you would like to redeem your discount, simply quote your unique code when ordering. Please note that only one voucher can be used per transaction.
How can I make sure that my referrals are rewarded?
Please ensure that your unique code is quoted when the new client orders one of our services. After their order has been confirmed, you will receive the discount voucher via email. Each time your code is redeemed, it will be converted into a reward and you will be notified.
How many people can I refer?
Feel free to refer as many people as you wish, though remember that you receive a reward only after they have confirmed their first order.
What if my colleague/friend receives several coupons from different existing clients?
The reward will be given to the existing client whose unique code is used when the order is placed.
